David and I attended the consult with the GP who advised that the recent CT scan showed that my gastro intestinal system appeared normal and gave no clue about what cause my vomiting events. However, the scan detected a spot (spiculated focus) in my right lung that looked suspiciously like malignant cancer. That was a shock!
Prior to seeing us, the GP had already consulted with colleagues and arranged an appointment with Dr Brian Jarvie, respiratory Physician associated with Prince of Wales Hospital, at 11.15am next day (8 August)!
